Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of ProgressPoint Lakewood Tree Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

ProgressPoint Lakewood Tree Service provides professional tree care services including tree removal, trimming, pruning, stump grinding, emergency tree services, land clearing, tree health maintenance, arborist consulting, and shrub trimming. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free written estimates for all tree care services. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Pricing is based on the information available at the time of the estimate. If conditions change or additional work is discovered during the job, we will notify you and provide a revised estimate before proceeding with additional work. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We schedule work based on weather conditions, equipment availability, and crew scheduling. We will make every effort to complete work as scheduled, but delays may occur due to weather, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Property Access and Preparation

You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area and notifying us of any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden obstacles. We recommend that you remove any valuable items, outdoor furniture, or decorations from the work area before we arrive. While we take every precaution to protect your property, we cannot be held responsible for damage to items left in the work area.

Permits and Regulations

Some tree work may require permits from local authorities. While we can assist with the permit application process, you are ultimately responsible for obtaining necessary permits before work begins. We will inform you if we believe permits are required for your project. All work will be performed in compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

Liability and Insurance

ProgressPoint Lakewood Tree Service carries comprehensive liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to your property, damage caused by acts of nature, or damage resulting from conditions you failed to disclose. Our liability is limited to direct damages caused by our negligence during the performance of services.

Debris and Cleanup

Unless otherwise specified in your estimate, we will remove all tree debris and wood resulting from our work. We will make reasonable efforts to clean the work area, including raking and removing small branches. However, we do not provide landscaping restoration services unless specifically included in your estimate. Some sawdust and small debris may remain after cleanup.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 7 days of completion and we will work with you to address your concerns. This warranty does not cover damage from weather events, pest infestations, disease, or other factors beyond our control.

Emergency Services

Emergency tree services are provided on a first-come, first-served basis based on the severity and urgency of the situation. Emergency service rates may differ from standard pricing due to the immediate response required. We will provide pricing information before beginning emergency work whenever possible.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost profits, lost revenue, or business interruption.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
